Deanne Vande Velden
Deanne Vande Velden is Customer Service Manager and is responsible for the processes and systems related to the servicing of our customers. She was appointed Customer Service Manager in 2009 after being hired as a Customer Service Representative in 2007. Prior to EMG, she was employed as a Customer Service Representative at Exel Direct.
She obtained her associates degree in Supervisory Management from Fox Valley Technical in 2003 and her bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Lakeland University in 2016. Her passions are family, friends, yoga, running and cooking.
